Does AutoHub charge car owners anything to book?

What does a service store pay AutoHub?

A booking fee, billed monthly, for the bookings AutoHub sent the store. The fee, VAT rate, and payment terms are set by AutoHub and shown on the store's statement — a store sees the exact figures in its back office before it pays.

How does monthly billing work for a service store?

AutoHub generates one statement per store per billing period, covering that period's completed bookings. The store reviews the statement, submits it, transfers the amount, and uploads the payment slip. AutoHub reviews the slip and marks the statement paid.

How does a service store pay its statement?

By bank transfer or PromptPay to the account shown on the statement, then uploading the payment slip in the AutoHub back office as proof. Payment slips are stored privately and are never published on this website.

What happens if a payment is rejected?

AutoHub tells the store why and the store submits a corrected payment. A statement is only marked paid once AutoHub has reviewed and approved the slip.
